Jobot is a rapidly growing insurance defense law firm with a national presence and a reputation for high-quality litigation work. This fully remote partner role is open to Texas-licensed attorneys and offers a salary range of $160,000 to $200,000 plus comprehensive benefits.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years in insurance defense, a strong trucking and premises liability background, and the ability to bill at least 160 hours per month while handling cases from inception to resolution.

Qualifications

• Active Texas bar license
• 5+ years of relevant insurance defense litigation experience
• Strong background in trucking and premises liability
• Proven ability to work independently and bill efficiently
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills

Responsibilities

• Billing a minimum of 160 hours per month
• Managing cases from inception through resolution
• Handle caseload independently in a remote setting
