Job description

A mid-sized litigation firm is hiring a fully remote senior litigator to handle a defense-heavy docket across insurance defense, commercial transportation/trucking, premises liability, and construction defect matters. This could be a partner role. No portables needed.

The firm is looking for an attorney with 7+ years of civil litigation experience who can independently drive case strategy—drafting and arguing motions, managing written discovery, taking and defending depositions, reporting to carriers, and negotiating resolutions—while collaborating seamlessly with a dispersed team.

You must hold an active bar license in Texas, Oklahoma, or Arizona (one is sufficient). The role requires 160 - 180 billable hours per month and a $150,000–$175,000 base salary commensurate with experience. Discretionary end of year bonus.
