The ideal candidate has 5+ years of recent insurance defense experience and a Georgia Bar admission; you will draft pleadings, take depositions, and represent clients at hearings and trials while maintaining meticulous case files and collaborating with staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
• Must meet billing goal expectations.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents (pleadings, motions, etc.) for negotiations and proceedings.
• Take depositions, attend hearings, conduct mediation, and represent clients at trial.
• Conduct legal research, assist with preparation for hearings, and provide legal counsel to clients.
• Analyze legal matters, advise clients, and negotiate on their behalf.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case management.
• Maintain up-to-date client files for easy access by the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
