We Are Legal Revolution is seeking an Insurance Defense Associate for Washington, DC or Fairfax, VA (Remote) with a compensation up to $200k. The role offers flexible remote work and the opportunity to defend insurers and corporate clients.

Formación

• JD and active DC or VA bar.
• 3–7+ years of insurance defense or complex civil litigation experience.
• Strong writing and advocacy skills.

Responsabilidades

• Defend insureds in general liability, premises liability, auto, and complex casualty matters.
• Manage litigation from discovery through depositions, motion practice, and trial.
• Prepare for and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.
• Collaborate with clients and partners on defense strategy and resolution.
• Take meaningful ownership of cases with increasing responsibility and autonomy.
