- Strong knowledge of claims management and policy administration.
- Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating workshops.
- Expertise in business process analysis and transformation.
- Experience documenting requirements, flows, and use cases.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Assess current processes across core insurance functions and governance gaps.
- Document current-state and future-state processes with ownership and workflows.
- Facilitate governance workshops and align terms across departments.
- Collaborate with data owners to validate governance objectives and controls.
- Support process transformation with standardized operating procedures.
