Ideal candidates have NJ insurance licensing, customer service experience, and comfort with multiple software systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or client-facing role.
• Active New Jersey Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Comfort with computers and navigating multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Review existing client policies to ensure they are adequately protected and suggest updates when life changes occur.
• Answer incoming client questions regarding their coverage, billing, or claims with kindness and patience.
• Process policy changes and payments accurately to ensure seamless account management.
• Proactively reach out to clients to schedule coverage reviews and build lasting rapport.
• Maintain organized electronic files and document all client interactions thoroughly.
• Collaborate with the broader team to resolve complex service issues and share best practices.
