Job summary

Ultimate Staffing seeks an experienced insurance sales professional to grow a client base from a remote home office in Northern/Central Orange County or nearby LA counties. You will develop new clientele through networking, present policy terms, and tailor programs to client needs.

Responsibilities include explaining coverage options, negotiating with underwriters, and selling auto, property, liability, workers' compensation, and umbrella policies.

Qualifications

• Insurance licensing required: Life, Health, Fire & Casualty.
• CIC designation within seven years of employment.
• California driver's license required; driving policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop new clientele via networking and prospecting.
• Explain policy features, risks, and costs to clients.
• Negotiate coverage and premiums with underwriters.
• Meet clients online or at their place of business to tailor programs.
• Sell auto, property, liability, workers' comp, and umbrella policies.
• Complete applications and processing; respond to inquiries within 48 hours.
