Digitech is seeking an Insurance Account Resolution Specialist to manage and resolve insurance claims after submission to commercial carriers. The role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to handle a high-volume workload in a remote work environment.

The position operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, aligned with Eastern Time. Responsibilities include researching, denying analysis, appeals, and documentation to ensure timely payments.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Typing speed of 40 WPM with accuracy.
• Ability to handle high-volume workloads and meet deadlines.
• Experience in a structured environment with monitoring and performance metrics is helpful.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve outstanding insurance claims with carriers.
• Investigate holds, correct errors, and release claims for processing.
• Analyze denials, determine validity, and pursue appeals or resubmissions as needed.
• Communicate with insurance carriers to obtain status and explanations.
• Submit additional documentation to support adjudication.
• Draft and submit appeals with proper documentation and guidelines.
• Process incoming mail, emails, EOBs, and refunds.
• Maintain detailed notes in billing systems for follow-up actions.
• Identify trends and escalate concerns for process improvements.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations.
