Qualifications

• Experience with medical claims resolution from the provider's side.

Responsibilities

• Work claims that are pending, unable to be released or denied or incorrectly paid by Insurance carriers.
• Review claims on hold, identify causes, address issues.
• Work denials and submit appeals as needed.
• Handle correspondence via mail and email.
