Job summary

Annuity Health, LLC is seeking a Remote Insurance Follow-Up Representative to manage collection functions for hospital and physician services. You will review accounts, follow up with insurers on claim status, gather missing information, rebill, appeal, and bill secondary claims as needed.

The role requires EPIC experience, knowledge of UB04/HCFA forms, and strong communication skills. Prior medical billing or revenue cycle experience is preferred; high school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to healthcare contract customers.
• Research remits and EOBs for complete payments or denials.
• Submit corrected claims or appeals.
• Identify items that require client assistance.
• Gather payor trends and provide feedback.
• Other duties as assigned.
