Armed Forces Insurance is seeking a Insurance Agent for a fully remote opportunity for military spouses. Location for onboarding is Leavenworth, KS, with eligibility across participating states. The role focuses on helping members find personal lines coverage and building strong customer relationships.

Required active P&C license, 4+ years of customer service, and strong communication skills. Starting pay ranges from $49,925 to $58,246 per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in state of primary residence.
• 4+ years of direct customer service or relevant experience (Associate's or BA/BS may substitute).
• Keyboard skills of at least 35 words per minute.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Demonstrates sound judgment and ability to prioritize work according to established priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective members and help select the right personal lines insurance solutions.
• Contribute to New Member Sales Team efforts to grow the business.
• Communicate clearly and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
