Fusion Business Solutions (P) Limited is hiring a Remote Insurance Advisor to guide individuals and families through life and health coverage decisions in relaxed, unhurried virtual meetings.

The role includes handling end-to-end applications, using established carrier relationships, and leveraging pre-qualified appointments. Training, ramp-up mentorship, and ongoing development are provided from week one.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License in resident state or readiness to activate it.
• Prior client-facing experience in insurance, benefits, banking, or financial services preferred.
• Consultative approach that earns trust quickly over video.
• Careful handling of sensitive personal and medical information.
• Strong time management across a full day of remote appointments.
• Confidence navigating multiple carrier portals and a modern CRM.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients in one-on-one virtual sessions on life and health protection choices.
• Build coverage plans around each household's budget, health history, and goals.
• Handle applications end to end, from submission through underwriting decisions.
• Document consultations and keep policyholder records complete and current.
• Run scheduled coverage reviews and recommend adjustments when circumstances shift.
• Serve as the client's ongoing contact for questions, changes, and service needs.
