Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable internet and Windows-based laptop with webcam.
• Experience in customer service or consultative roles preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Hold client consultations virtually via Zoom.
• Support the enrollment process from start to finish.
• Handle documentation accurately and manage follow-ups.
• Guide individuals through personalized supplemental benefit options.
• Participate in mentorship and team development.
• Deliver excellent, client-centered service.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients.
