Horace Mann - Agent Opportunities is seeking energetic individuals to build a dedicated agency serving educators in Oregon. You’ll identify and present affordable insurance and financial solutions, while developing market access and strategic relationships.

Responsibilities include networking, attending events, and investing time to ensure long-term success, with a focus on educator clients and a agents’ growth within Horace Mann’s extensive product portfolio.

Formación

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency.
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance/financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health, Property and Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
