Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual financial discovery sessions to evaluate client needs and recommend life insurance, living benefits, and guarantees.
• Utilize CRM tools and digital channels to engage inbound and outbound leads.
• Build strong relationships through empathetic virtual communication and long-term client trust.
• Coordinate with carriers to streamline client applications and policy issuance.
• Collaborate with team during daily virtual stand-ups and mentorship sessions.
