Job summary

Stratford Davis LLC is seeking a fast-track remote Insurance Agent to join its expanding sales division. This 100% remote role focuses on selling life insurance, IUL, and annuities with unlimited earning potential and no salary cap.

You will build client relationships online, manage pipelines through underwriting, and participate in daily trainings and coaching to accelerate leadership growth. 4-day weeks are available.

Qualifications

• Licensed Life & Health Agent or willing to complete pre-licensing requirements.
• Proficient with digital tools, CRM, and virtual video hosting.
• Self-starter capable of high focus in a remote role.
• Strong desire to grow into agency leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build connections with prospective clients across regional markets using digital platforms.
• Present customized life insurance, IUL, and annuity strategies via live video.
• Manage client pipelines from initial consultation through underwriting and policy delivery.
• Cultivate long-term client loyalty through regular follow-ups and annual reviews.
• Engage in daily training stand-ups, leadership coaching, and sales strategy workshops.
