AO Globe Life is hiring a remote entry-level managing agent to help families protect their financial future. This 100% remote role includes comprehensive training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing support.

You will meet with members via Zoom, provide information on life and health options, guide enrollment, and deliver exceptional service while following state guidelines. No prior insurance experience is required, and training is provided.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physically located within the United States.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with members virtually via Zoom or phone appointments.
• Connect with qualified members who requested information.
• Learn clients' protection needs and recommend personalized solutions.
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health options clearly.
• Guide clients through enrollment process.
• Conduct policy reviews and beneficiary updates.
• Provide outstanding customer service before and after enrollment.
• Maintain accurate records respecting company/state guidelines.
• Participate in weekly coaching and mentorship.
