Job summary
The T&A Agency is seeking licensed Life and Health Insurance Agents for remote, commission-based roles. You will identify client needs, present tailored policies, and build lasting client relationships from a home office.
The position offers uncapped commission with flexible scheduling and strong training support. You’ll work remotely with a collaborative team, access top-rated carriers, and have opportunities for performance-based bonuses and leadership development.
Qualifications
- Licensed life and health insurance agent or willingness to obtain license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Experience in remote sales is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
