Qualifications
- Licensed Life & Health Agent or willing to complete pre-licensing requirements.
- Proficient with digital platforms and CRM navigation.
- Self-starter capable of thriving in a remote work-from-home role.
- Desire to grow into agency leadership.
Responsibilities
- Build connections with prospective clients across regional markets using digital platforms.
- Present customized life insurance, IUL, and annuity strategies via live video.
- Manage client pipelines from initial consultation through underwriting and policy delivery.
- Cultivate long-term client loyalty through regular follow-ups and annual coverage reviews.
- Participate in daily training stand-ups, coaching, and sales strategy workshops.
