Job summary

Stratford Davis LLC is seeking a fast-track remote Insurance Agent to join its expanding sales division. This 100% remote, commission-based role offers location freedom, a 4-day workweek, turnkey agency support, direct lead access, elite coaching, and travel rewards.

You will present life insurance, IUL, and annuity strategies via live video, manage client pipelines from consultation to policy delivery, and build long-term loyalty through regular reviews.

Qualifications

• Licensed Life & Health Agent (or willing to complete pre-licensing requirements).
• Proficient with digital communication tools, CRM navigation, and virtual video hosting.
• Self-starter capable of maintaining high focus in a work-from-home role.
• Interest in agency leadership opportunities and sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Build connections with prospective clients across regional markets using digital platforms.
• Present customized life insurance, Indexed Universal Life (IUL), and annuity strategies via live video.
• Manage client pipelines from initial consultation through underwriting and policy delivery.
• Cultivate long-term client loyalty through regular follow-ups and annual coverage reviews.
• Engage in daily training stand-ups, leadership coaching, and sales strategy workshops.
