Job summary

Weichert Insurance Agency in Morris Plains is seeking an Account Associate to provide routine service and administrative support to Account Executives and Managers, handling documentation for home, auto, flood, umbrella, jewelry, and other insurance products.

You will work with carriers, send binders and invoices, obtain quotes, process applications, follow up on documents and payments, and assist in policy issuance while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
• Property & Casualty license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives and Managers to sell insurance products.
• Prepare and send documentation to carriers and customers.
• Obtain basic Level One quotes through PL Rater for review.
• Send applications and trailing forms to customers.
• Follow up on required documents, collect payments, and issue policies.
• Verify lead sources and data in OSII and Gold systems.
