Job summary

Client Focus LLC, a remote-friendly firm serving insurance agencies since 2003, seeks a full-time Account Manager / Appointment Setter to support agents and their clients. You will handle outbound calls, schedule appointments, and nurture relationships to help clients stay properly protected.

You’ll make 200–250 outbound calls daily using provided scripts, coordinate meetings for agents, and participate in training.

Qualifications

• Available to work full-time in a remote position.
• Comfort and resilience with frequent outbound calling.
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace and reliable internet connection (5 Mbps upload, 10 Mbps download).
• Good judgment, accountability, and dependable employment history.
• Interest in a values-led workplace and ongoing learning.

Responsibilities

• Place approximately 200–250 outbound calls per day to insurance customers using provided scripts.
• Schedule appointments for insurance agents to meet with their customers.
• Communicate in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner on every call.
• Manage relationships with an assigned portfolio of agents and understand their teams and business needs.
• Take ownership of daily work, maintain consistent performance, and contribute to positive customer and agent experiences.
• Participate in training and coaching, applying feedback to strengthen skills and results.
