Qualifications

• Near native American spoken English is REQUIRED.
• Extremely comfortable communicating with American customers.
• Able to follow scripts while sounding natural.
• Experience with CRM and outbound communication is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to homeowners engaging with outreach regarding property claims.
• Speak with homeowners about filing insurance claims for property damage.
• Call interested homeowners when needed.
• Follow scripts and appointment-setting system.
• Qualify potential clients and schedule appointments for field representatives.
• Update leads and appointments in the CRM.
