Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• Active Life & Health license required.
• 2+ years of insurance sales experience.
• Multi-line sales with a financial-services approach.
• High-volume outbound calling with daily dial activity.
• Based in Mountain or Pacific time zone with reliable home office.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls daily, working a variety of leads — internet leads, Google search leads, and warm transfers.
• Quickly engage and qualify inbound and transferred prospects, then quote, present, and close.
• Quote, present, and close multi-line households, with a focus on bundling life, health, and financial services.
• Deepen and grow the agency’s existing book through cross-sell and account rounding.
• Maintain daily activity standards and CRM hygiene.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
