Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Temporary Instructional Designer to design engaging, human-centered e-learning experiences remotely in the United States. You will develop content using Articulate Storyline, apply learning science, and enhance learner engagement across multiple clients.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Instructional Design and work within agile, multidisciplinary teams to deliver data-driven outcomes that improve knowledge retention and learner performance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of demonstrable experience building e-learning content.
• Experience using Articulate Storyline or similar authoring tools.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and user design principles.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems or Learning Experience Systems.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and basic Excel features.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver and maintain human-centered virtual learning experiences.
• Apply human-centered design and design thinking in agile teams.
• Support curriculum design and redesign with PM teams.
• Leverage learning data to monitor performance and outcomes.
• Research learning tools and platforms.
