Job summary

Roth Staffing Companies seeks an innovative Instructional Designer to design learning activities and drive growth from our training and development department. This largely virtual role collaborates with subject matter experts and business leaders to build engaging content, including eLearning, instructor-led sessions, videos, and tool kits.

Based remotely in the United States, you bring 2+ years in adult learning and curriculum design.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in adult learning, curriculum design, or training in a technical field.
• Staffing industry experience is a plus.
• Proven experience in development and delivery of course curriculum.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Ability to organize, analyze, summarize, and present complex information.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree or transferable experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to design and continuously improve learning experiences.
• Create and deliver learning content including eLearning, instructor-led content, videos, and virtual classroom designs.
• Develop tool kits, study guides, and performance aids.
