You will collaborate with the Dean of Curriculum and Instruction to ensure alignment with state standards and organizational expectations, applying best practices for online instruction.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas teaching certification.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of successful teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Dean of Curriculum and Instruction to design and develop high-quality, standards-aligned lesson plans.
• Create engaging, student-friendly instructional slide decks that support clear learning objectives.
• Ensure lesson materials include warm-ups, guided practice, and checks for understanding.
• Adapt and differentiate materials to meet diverse student needs in a virtual setting.
• Maintain consistency in instructional routines, structure, and expectations across courses.
• Revise and update materials based on teacher feedback and student performance data.
