Job summary

PNC is seeking an Institutional Trust Officer II within Institutional Asset Management, based remotely in Pennsylvania or Ohio. You will serve as the day-to-day contact for client, trust or retirement plan administrative needs, conduct reviews, and coordinate with committees.

The ITO II handles transaction processing, responds to client inquiries, helps clients meet regulatory obligations, and prepares updated documents.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree, with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Services clients through the execution of the terms of any document in which PNC serves as trustee, executor, agent, or custodian; administers more complex accounts and ensures compliance with all legal and fiduciary regulations and policies.
• Delivers the full breadth of client services to grow the business and assure the highest level of client experience; administers assigned accounts in accordance with documents, state and federal regulations, policy and procedure.
• Handles risk management and the resolution of legal and compliance-related issues for assigned accounts; communicates with clients and partners, solves problems and escalates issues; identifies process improvements.
• Maintains and retains assets under management/administration, educates clients on tools/resources, meets with clients to maintain relationships, and identifies sales opportunities.
• Works with partners to support client communications, technology needs, or presentations and prepares material for management or committee review.
