Job summary

PNC is seeking an Institutional Trust Officer II for its Institutional Asset Management organization. The role is remote in select locations (PA or OH) with occasional in‑office needs.

You will handle day‑to‑day administrative needs for client trusts or retirement plans, ensure fiduciary compliance, and support relationship management with clients and gatekeepers. You will also address risk concerns, communicate with committees, and identify process improvements while supporting sales

Qualifications

• University degree required; 3+ years relevant/direct industry experience; certifications often desired.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Serves as day‑to‑day contact for administrative needs of client, trust, or retirement plan.
• Administers complex accounts and ensures compliance with fiduciary regs, policies, and procedures.
• Delivers full client services to grow the business and ensure high client experience.
• Manages risk and resolves legal/compliance issues for assigned accounts; escalates where needed.
• Maintains assets under management/administration and educates clients on tools/resources.
