Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business analytics, applied mathematics, computer science, or comparable discipline.
• Three to five years of experience in institutional research, registrar’s office, data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Experience preparing required federal and state reports (e.g., IPEDS) with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide official institutional data and coordinate responses for federal/state reporting.
• Prepare statistical reports for College leadership and external agencies.
• Improve data collection processes and ensure data quality across systems.
• Provide analysis, interpretation, and assessment of data to inform planning.
• Develop and maintain tracking and reporting systems and dashboards.
• Collaborate with the Institutional Assessment Team to measure outcomes.
• Ensure accurate information is shared with internal and external stakeholders.
