Job summary

Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a senior Installation Project Manager to oversee turnkey equipment projects in the medical imaging field. The role is remote, but candidates must live in PA, MD, NJ or DE and travel to installation sites as needed.

You will coordinate site drawings, ensure readiness, manage timelines, and liaise with customers, contractors, and CMSU Sales and Service. A four-year degree in Project Management and eight years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• 4 Year Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or equivalent.
• 8 years Coordinating installation projects within the diagnostic imaging industry.
• Must maintain active motor vehicle driver's license from the state where the employee resides.

Responsibilities

• Request preliminary and final site drawings per Site Planning Dept. process.
• Forecast revenue timing and ensure site readiness before equipment delivery.
• Manage equipment backlog to accelerate order-to-cash while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Lead meetings to resolve installation issues and ensure CMSU specs are met.
• Travel to installation locations to verify site suitability and compliance.
