Job summary

Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a senior Installation Project Manager for remote work with residency in PA, MD, NJ or DE.

You will coordinate turnkey installation projects of diagnostic imaging equipment, manage site readiness, drawings, delivery, and compliance, and mentor Installation Project Managers. Travel to installation sites and collaboration with customers, contractors, and CMSU teams will ensure on-time completion with high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or equivalent.
• 8 years coordinating installation projects in diagnostic imaging.
• Active motor vehicle driver's license required.
• Proven ability to manage projects and meet timelines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with site drawings and CAD.

Responsibilities

• Request CMSU equipment preliminary and final site drawings per Site Planning process.
• Set turnaround times with external and internal customers.
• Forecast revenue timing and ensure site readiness criteria are met.
• Manage project timelines and ensure equipment delivery only after readiness.
• Escalate non-compliance to Zone Sales & Service Management before delivery.
• Coordinate pre- and post-installation meetings to resolve issues.
• Lead communications with customer agents and CMSU staff on milestones.
• Travel to installation locations and survey sites to verify location meets specifications.
• Direct customer through drawings, delivery and installation; secure signatures.
• Meet or exceed project timelines; maximize installation efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of local and federal codes for medical imaging equipment installation.
• Coordinate turnkey opportunities and manage CMSU turnkey projects to completion.
• Mentor Installation Project Managers and participate in IPM Advisory Committee.
• Support Regional Director of Operations when needed.
