Job summary

Liberty Roofing Pros is seeking an ambitious inside sales professional to work remotely from home, anywhere in the US. You’ll connect with homeowners, qualify leads, and guide customers from first contact to signed contract, with earnings tied to performance through commissions.

You'll manage a busy pipeline, perform consultative conversations, present proposals, and close over the phone, with base pay plus commission and growth opportunities across PA, OH, WV expansion plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, phone sales, or customer service.
• Comfortable on the phone and confident closing conversations.
• Proficient with computers and quick to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads quickly and qualify prospects.
• Conduct consultative conversations to recommend the right solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals and close contracts over the phone.
• Keep your pipeline organized and updated in HubSpot.
• Follow up post-project for reviews, referrals, and repeat business.
