Universal Windows Direct is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to drive new business and nurture homeowner leads. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, set appointments, and generate referrals for the Outside Sales team.

The role supports work-from-home options and offers uncapped earning potential with overtime and rapid career growth. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of calling experience, strong listening skills, and excellent phone etiquette.

Qualifications

• B2C or B2B or Customer Service experience.
• 1-2 Years of inbound/outbound calling.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Strong listening and conversational skills.
• Ability to set and achieve goals.
• Availability between 1pm to 8 pm M-F, 9am to 5pm Saturday, and 11am to 5pm Sunday.
