The role emphasizes proactive client engagement, ongoing communication, and participation in daily/weekly team check-ins, with full onboarding and coaching provided.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with a strong desire to deliver real value.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and presentation abilities.
• Self-starter mindset comfortable with a 100% commission income structure.
• Good organizational skills to maintain focus and drive in a home office.
• Customer-facing experience is a plus, but passion and coachability matter most.

Responsibilities

• Expand your network to identify and connect with target prospects.
• Host friendly, professional online discovery meetings to understand client needs.
• Present tailored packages with clarity and enthusiasm to close new accounts.
• Sell, educate, and present to clients on Life Insurance, Indexed Universal Life (IUL), and Annuities.
• Keep client accounts engaged through regular, proactive communication.
• Engage in daily and weekly team check-ins to exchange ideas and stay inspired.
