You will present tailored packages and close new accounts while enjoying an uncapped commission structure and a supportive, coaching-driven environment.

As a remote role, you’ll participate in regular team check-ins, ongoing onboarding, and workshops, with health options and travel incentives to reward high performance.

Formación

• Positive, outgoing personality with a strong desire to deliver real value.
• Outstanding communication, active listening, and presentation abilities.
• Self-starter mindset comfortable with a 100% commission income structure.
• Good organizational skills to maintain focus and drive in a home office.
• Customer-facing experience is a plus, but passion and coachability matter most.

Responsabilidades

• Expand your network to identify and connect with target prospects.
• Host friendly, professional online discovery meetings to understand client needs.
• Present tailored packages with clarity and enthusiasm to close new accounts.
• Sell, educate, and present to clients on Life Insurance, Indexed Universal Life (IUL), and Annuities.
• Keep client accounts engaged through regular, proactive communication.
• Engage in daily and weekly team check-ins to exchange ideas and stay inspired.
