Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to handle inbound calls and warm leads, guiding customers to the right insurance options. Training includes licensing with paid progression, and you will work remotely within specified state eligibility.

You will build relationships, maintain data accuracy, and close sales with a focus on customer-centered solutions while enjoying flexible scheduling and a strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years sales experience preferred.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to identify customer needs and match coverages, products and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
• Work with customers to understand insurance requirements and provide appropriate policy options.
• Maintain high level of customer service and accurate documentation in CRM.
