Eurofins Built Environment Testing is seeking an Assistant Client Relations Executive Customer Representative to oversee all samples that come into the laboratory and facilitate day-to-day communication between our clients and our laboratory.

The Assistant Client Relations Executive Customer Representative is expected to manage client communications by phone and email, sign in and organize samples with Chain of Custody, assist walk-in clients, and update Tracker LIMS data in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Customer Service experience 2+ years preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including reading, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.
• Sign in, verify, and organize samples against Chain of Custody documentation to ensure accuracy and proper sample tracking.
• Assist walk-in clients with sample submission, provide information on services and project preparation.
• Update client and project data records in the Tracker LIMS system.
• Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries.
• Process credit card transactions using Stripe.
• Provide clients with supplies.
• Stock front office supplies and snacks for clients and staff.
• Ability to assist with administrative and laboratory tasks as necessary.

Eurofins Built Environment Testing is seeking a Assistant Client Relations Executive Customer Representative to join our team!

The Assistant Client Relations Executive Customer Representative is expected to oversee all samples that come into the laboratory and is responsible for facilitating day-to-day communication between our clients and our laboratory. Responsibilities include following sample receiving procedures, interactions with clients via phone, email, and in-person, and other administrative duties. Personnel must be outgoing and friendly as well as capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.
• Sign in, verify, and organize samples against Chain of Custody documentation to ensure accuracy and proper sample tracking.
• Assist walk-in clients with sample submission, provide information on services and project preparation.

• Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries.

Qualifications

Minimum Basic Qualifications

Additional Information

The compensation range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 per hourdepending on level of experience.

Position is full-time and candidates must be able to work Tuesday - Saturday, 10:30am - 7:00pm with possible overtime and weekends as needed.
