Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Experience in sales, marketing, editing, teaching or roles that involve customer interaction.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10–15 virtual meetings or calls with professors daily and manage email outreach.
• Develop relationships with academic faculty to assess teaching challenges and propose Norton materials as solutions.
• Familiarize with major new titles and revised editions annually and with competing texts.
• Increase revenue and adoption rates within the defined sales territory.
• Collaborate with colleagues on strategic plans for advancing priority sales opportunities.
• Track opportunities and activities using Salesforce CRM and set revenue goals with sales management.
