Qualifications

• BA/BS degree is required and US work eligibility.
• Experience in sales, marketing, editing, teaching, or roles with customer interaction.
• Willingness to travel within the geographic territory.

Responsabilités

• Conduct 10–15 virtual meetings or calls with professors daily.
• Develop relationships with academic faculty and demonstrate Norton materials.
• Stay updated on major new titles and revisions each year.
• Increase revenue and adoption of books and courseware in the territory.
• Collaborate on strategic plans to advance priority sales.
• Set revenue goals with sales management guidance.
• Identify opportunities and track progress in Salesforce CRM.
• Provide customer support to instructors using Norton materials.
• Attend national and regional sales conferences.
