Job summary

CloudHire is seeking energetic entrants for its 28-day Sales Development & Training Program to build a career in B2C sales. This paid internship offers 100% work-from-home during the internship and an opportunity to transition to a full-time role based on performance.

Internship stipend is 15,000 INR. The path to a full-time CTC of up to 4.8 LPA is available, with eventual work from office in Hyderabad or Bangalore for the conversion.

Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Able to speak with customers over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and engage prospective customers.
• Understand requirements and identify needs.
• Explain products/services and communicate their value.
• Handle questions, concerns and objections.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture through the sales funnel.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Work toward individual sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
• Participate in training, role-plays, call reviews and coaching sessions.
• Continuously improve sales pitch and closing skills.
