Job summary

CloudHire is offering a paid 28-day Sales Internship designed to launch a career in B2C sales. The internship is 100% remote during the training period and includes an internship stipend of 15,000. Strong performers may convert to a full-time role with a CTC of up to 4.8 LPA plus incentives.

Conversion requires meeting performance KPIs and may include work from office in Hyderabad or Bangalore. This program values energetic, target-driven individuals with excellent communication skills,

Qualifications

• Freshers welcome to start a career in Sales.
• Experience in B2C sales, telesales, inside sales or business development is a plus.
• Strong communication and convincing skills are required.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Highly motivated by targets and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and engage prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and identify their needs.
• Explain CloudHire's products/services and communicate their value effectively.
• Handle customer questions, concerns and objections.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture them through the sales funnel.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Work toward individual sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
• Participate in training, role-plays, call reviews and coaching sessions.
• Continuously improve your sales pitch and closing skills.
