Job summary

Point is hiring for an Inside Sales role focused on mortgage funding in the United States. You will manage a large pipeline, perform high-volume call blocks, and tailor financing options to homeowners while maintaining strong compliance and documentation.

The position offers remote work with occasional on-site events. The team emphasizes growth, ongoing coaching, and leadership support, with compensation tied to activity, performance, and a clear OTE target.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of phone sales experience in financial services or a related field, including closing experience on the product sold.
• Experience managing a customer pipeline and driving deals to close.
• Ability to register as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) in the NMLS shortly after hire; multi-state licensing may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce) and G Suite; familiarity with U.S. real estate or mortgage processing helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maximize lead-to-funding conversion by understanding prospects and delivering timely solutions.
• Own a large, warm pipeline and prioritize work using Salesforce.
• Convert with consultative selling; run high-volume call blocks and tailor financing options.
• Drive personal growth through coaching, reviews, and KPI improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Underwriting, and Customer Success to ensure a smooth homeowner journey.
