Job summary

Requires a Master's in Behavioral Health and AZBBHE Associate licensure or progress toward independent licensure; CPR/NVCI certification; 12-hour shift options and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavioral Health or related field.
• Must possess AZBBHE Associate license or obtain within 6-12 months with supervision.
• Clinical documentation must meet agency and licensing standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to patients.
• Assist in on-unit programming, training and development.
• Communicate with treatment teams to enhance recovery and discharge planning.
• Contribute to patient treatment plans through consultation with teams.
• Other duties as assigned (5–10%).
