Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and required certification in Recreational Therapy or related field.

• Ability to plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate therapy activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement recreational therapy services.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
• Document progress notes and treatment plans in patient records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners.
• Lead special projects within the department and supervise staff FTEs.
• Maintain safe, clean and orderly work environment.
