Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Part-Time Staff Pharmacist to provide telepharmacy services for hospital clients from a Denver, CO or Las Vegas, NV location. The role covers evenings, overnights and holidays with 1-2 evenings weekly and some holidays.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Pharmacy is required; PharmD preferred.
• Active and in good standing CO or NV pharmacist license; additional licenses may be needed.
• 1+ years inpatient hospital experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; proficient with MS Office, Google Drive, Internet, and email.

Responsibilities

• Telepharmacy: remote entry, verification, counseling using multiple systems.
• Clinical excellence: provide drug information and dosing/interaction guidance.
• Operational excellence: document orders and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Technical excellence: troubleshoot system/connectivity issues; work with VPNs and PIS.
• Training & development: participate in ongoing training and credentialing.
• Productivity: achieve and maintain productivity metrics.
