Duke Health is seeking a Compliance Professional within the Patient Revenue Management Organization. This fully remote role focuses on implementing and maintaining compliance programs across the revenue cycle, including education, internal audits, and corrective actions to reduce risk.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and strong collaboration with clinical staff. Responsibilities include educating providers, reviewing controls, and promoting compliance

Qualifications

• Knowledge of government regulations, HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid.
• Experience with internal audits and coding/billing processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration with physicians and staff.

Responsabilités

• Educate providers on compliance with government regulations and guidelines.
• Identify coding and billing risk areas and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct routine internal audits of provider documentation.
• Collaborate with clinicians and staff to improve documentation, coding, and compliance.
• Review controls and procedures to ensure compliance with university, state, and federal guidelines.
