HCA Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a remote Inpatient Coding Auditor to perform internal quality assessments of Health Information Management Service Center (HSC) coders. You will ensure coding accuracy, integrity of patient data, and adherence to national guidelines, while improving physician documentation and reimbursement.

The role emphasizes leadership in quality reviews, adherence to policy, and maintaining productivity and accuracy targets across multiple HSCs.

Competenze

• Inpatient and/or outpatient coding experience required.
• Strong knowledge of DRG assignments and national coding guidelines.
• Ability to review and communicate data quality findings clearly.

Mansioni

• Leads, coordinates and performs quality reviews for inpatient and/or outpatient coding across multiple HSCs.
• Ensures coding staff adherence to guidelines and policy.
• Demonstrates expert level knowledge of medical coding practices.
