Qualifications

• Must maintain a 95% QA accuracy rate and meet production expectations.

Responsibilities

• Apply appropriate coding standards to medical record documentation.
• Submit necessary provider queries to resolve documentation discrepancies.
• Perform quality assessment of records and verify documentation.
• Research errors or missing documentation to ensure accurate coding.

Skills
