Qualifications

• Three years of inpatient coding experience.
• Experience with high-acuity, multi-specialty environments.
• Knowledge of Epic EHR and 3M encoder.

Responsibilities

• Code inpatient records across cardiology, neurology, surgical, transplants, NICU and other complex cases.
• Assign diagnoses and procedures per organizational, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Maintain timely and accurate coding in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
• Meet productivity and quality expectations.
